RNEDs must assess, diagnose, and treat patients in a timely and efficient manner. They must be able to work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environment and be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. RNEDs must be able to recognize and respond to changes in a patient’s condition and provide appropriate interventions. They must be able to communicate effectively with other healthcare professionals and provide patient education. Job Skills Required
