Registered Behavior Technician – Aba Therapist Jobs in Wisconsin

Experience working with young children or children with disabilities.

Bachelors degree or pursuit of degree in psychology, education, child development, or related field.

Integrating the child's family into therapy sessions.

Data collection and making data-based decisions.

Learning strategies and procedures to teach children with developmental delays.

Attending team meetings and coordinating with a team of therapists.

Valid CPR certification and other medical and training requirements as specified by payors (or ability to obtain)

Collect and record data on intervention programs such as client’s self-help skills, communication skills, social skills, and/or targeted behavior goals

Bachelor or Associate Degree in behavioral health, Early Childhood Education, Psychology, Special Education, or related field, preferred

Registered Behavior Technician Certification issued by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board

Prior professional experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD) in a multi-disciplinary team setting is preferred

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Experience working with young children or children with disabilities.

Provide a minimum of 15 clinical direct support hours to clients

Assist in the implementation of behavior treatment and instructional plans utilizing ABA principles in clinical, home, and/or community setting
