Completion of 40-hour RBT training requirement and certification within 4 months of employment.
Education and/or years’ experience required:
Knowledge of Windows, Intranet, Internet and Telehealth technology.
Must have effective skills in organization and communication – both written and oral.
RBT experience with training in the principles and techniques of Applied Behavioral Analysis, including understanding behavioral plans and behavior analytical services.
Required to have a high school diploma
Behavior Aide (Registered Behavior Technician) $25-32 Per Hour
By Positive Behavior Supports - Hawaii At , Lihue, Hi $25 - $32 an hour
Strong verbal and written communication, time management and organizational skills, problem-solving
Teach skills that allow the client to communicate and/or function more effectively
Implement behavioral procedures to reduce problematic behaviors and teach replacement skills
Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Credential (or willingness to enroll and complete courses within the first 14 days of job offer)
Experience with individuals on the autism spectrum or other developmental disability
