Train and educate Global Installation Partner Network (new candidates and continuing education), including:

Develop and deliver comprehensive train-the-trainer programs for distribution partners on product features and installation requirements.

Provide training and education for Certified Installers, distributors, installers, and internal teams.

Support sales teams with product presentations and educational materials at both CI and Tesla-led consumer events.

Manages time and travel productively to maximize impact in the field.

Validates systems and effectiveness of training programs by assessing objectives, compliance, and providing guidance to Franchise Partners and Shop Managers.

The ability to present to large groups from Shop Managers to Franchisees.

Assists in the top-down execution of expectations set forth by the company’s training programs, standards, systems, and procedures.

Ensures shops understand company training philosophy and confirm all company activities are developed and designed for operational excellence.

Provides support and assistance for Franchise shop openings.

Must have strong skills in consulting and project management.

Organizational and leadership skills (experience in global team coordination is valued)

3 years of training and facilitation experience to include identifying training needs and the ability to propose targeted and creative solutions.

Knowledge in the use of Microsoft Office Suite, to include Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint

Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills

Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively build relationships and encourage collaboration to develop positive and significant outcomes.

Facilitate our partners success through effective management and support of their preferred sales motion; Partner-Led, Co-Selling and Agent Referral

Organizational skill to prioritize, follow-up, and meet deadlines Proven experience driving jointly developed demand-gen activities

Maintain and manage a robust sales funnel, which ensures meeting or exceeding revenue expectations

Highly skilled at attracting, training, coaching, motivating, and retaining a successful group of channel partners

UCaaS/SaaS/CcaaS Product Portfolio and market knowledge

Successful sales experience with Channel go-to-market motions including Partner Led, Co-Selling and Agent Referrals

Provides support to the Clinical Program Managers and Product Management in testing and implementing new products in their territory

Provides educational support, training and certification to 1099 contract instructors in their territory

Proven experience utilizing dental imaging equipment with an active X-ray certification in Dentistry

Contributes to the development of training curriculum in collaboration with Clinical Program Managers

Attend tradeshow and educational events in their territory for clinical representation and assistance

Obtain certification on supported products and recertification as necessary

Maintain donor records within our database management tool. (Salesforce)

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.

Minimum five years of sales and/or fundraising experience required.  Ideally working with local Foundations.

Proven experience in developing strategies for donor retention, growth, and recapture, and proven success with complex requests is required. 

May require ordinary ambulatory skills sufficient to visit other locations.  

 Solicit assigned donor portfolios through face-to-face visits and virtual meetings including preparation of personalized materials.

Experience as an Assistant General Manager or higher (Or industry equivalent)

Work closely with the Sr Manager of Field Training to ensure consistency in approach across the regions.

Recognizes organizational training trends and communicates them to Sr Manager of Field Training Process.   

Train Managers to lead strong New Hire Orientation, foster an environment of learning in their Shack, and consistently endorse the Shacksperience. 

Multi-unit training or operations experience in hospitality or retail 

Lead regional training meetings quarterly to discuss key initiatives, and training plans and calibrate current standards.
