Provide hands-on leadership to subordinates, work with Site Supply Chain Manager to determine staffing, training, and career development strategies.
Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, or related field, higher education desired.
Experience working in contract manufacturing environment and exposure to electronic industry required
Solid knowledge with MRP/ERP, solid knowledge with Microsoft Excel.
Recent experience with JIT, Lean Manufacturing Process, Kanban or Six Sigma methodologies.
