Regional Supply Chain Manager Responsibilities:

Regional Supply Chain Manager Requirements:

Partner with Warehouse Managers to ensure that inventory remains cost effective while meeting customer demands

7+ years of experience in operations, supply chain, logistics and/or sales environment

String knowledge of marketing and operations techniques

Five (5) + years of sales management experience. Experience selling industrial products or services, or similar targeted customers

Demonstrate exceptional time management skills

Establish a tried-and-true sales process, with a heavy emphasis on prospecting and sales funnel management

Provide ongoing feedback to management regarding customer interactions and changes in the customer landscape

Hire, lead and manage the sales team toward the achievement of both team and individual sales goals

Ensure each business development manager has a healthy pipeline that is sufficient to achieve his or her individual sales goals

Pilot a team of District Sales Managers toward achieving sales targets for assigned Regions and establish sales plans and objectives.

Knowledge of the industry landscape and can develop a GTM strategy based on data insights.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Multicultural Experience is a must. Mexico and Guatemala are preferred.

Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel.

Position is remote with a territory based in Colorado.
