Regional Safety Coordinator Jobs in Kansas

Communicates all safety programs to management and safety professionals.

Analyzes all claims, job site visit reports and near-misses looking for repetition of injuries, accidents or hazards and communicates to management.

Must have demonstrated leadership abilities.

Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Reviews work in progress to ensure that all safety hazards are being recognized and addressed.

Works with safety professionals to develop and maintain a work site review program.

Works closely with management to recognize gaps in the safety program and assist with developing corrective action items.

Provides regular feedback to management about safety observations and recommends changes for improvement.

Assists management where needed for safety program continuous improvement.

2+ years’ experience in an operations role, preferably with safety responsibilities

Conducts job site inspections of assigned region to assess for knowledge and/or training gaps.

Proficient skill with Personal Computer Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
