Title: Regional Sales Director - Plastics Division

Initial role: Business Development with Director-level compensation

Opportunity to build and lead a sales team as you expand sales

Located in the Northwest region, spanning from Minnesota to Oregon, including Illinois

Strong background in the plastics industry

Experience: Minimum 3-5 years professional experience required; preferably in full-time people or program management

Coordinate equipment and software installation and management/inventories

Support, recommend and coordinate advanced program placements (Level 2/Level 3) for qualifying participants, including participation in soft-skills sessions

Coordinate and facilitate 3 soft-skills sessions yearly in collaboration with FF staff and partners

Education: Bachelor’s degree in applicable field preferred

Work in education or youth programming preferred

Promote RTI's technical capabilities to internal and external clients through project and pre-proposal and/or proposal contracts.

Do not deviate from planned task scope or schedule without consulting a supervisor or project manager

Preference to candidates that have experience in data mining, descriptive analyses, and advanced Excel functions (e.g., Pivot tables). 

Participate in NamUs training events and/or curriculum development as assigned.

Anticipate problems before they arise, assess potential risk, and develop contingency plans.

Assist other project leaders in identifying ways to enhance or expand the existing project and to develop new project opportunities.
