Regional Human Resources Generalist Jobs in New Jersey

Manages internal and external communications

Understands and teaches how operational execution directly affects the customer experience

Is dedicated to meeting the expectations and requirements of internal and external customers

Has broad knowledge and perspective

Minimum of eight years’ experience in Human Resources and multi-unit leadership

Bachelors/Associates Degree preferred or High School graduate/Equivalent, HR certification preferred

Manage and improve employee relations, training, retention, development, stay abreast with legislative requirements, compliance, HRIS, benefits, total rewards, labor trend, etc.

Recent years of HR Leadership experience with union management background.

Support benefit administration, total rewards program, grievances, arbitrations, as needed.

Bachelor’s Degree, higher education desired.

Ability to hold other accountable and excellent communication and organization skills.

Administrate performance evaluation program and revises as necessary to ensure effectiveness, compliance, and equity within organization.
