Regional Facility Manager Jobs

Responsible for all aspects of the delivery of designated project management services, property maintenance and facility services.

Assist Regional Property Managers, Community Managers and Superintendents in completing capital projects.

Work closely with Regional Vice Presidents and Regional Property Managers to develop the annual maintenance programs for owned and managed properties.

Ensure that the Company and/or Owners’ objectives are being achieved.

Ensure compliance in regards to company programs, RD, REAC, HUD, ADA, OSHA, insurance and licensing programs, all regulatory programs, and inspections.

Ensure that the activities necessary for property renovation and/or capital improvement projects are monitored and documented.

The Relevant Knowledge, Skills, or Abilities to:

International Facility Management Association (IFMA) certification.

You have Seven (7) years under your belt in Experience, Or Education, Or Both that gave you:

Experience that demonstrates the ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently while managing a schedule with minimal supervision.

Experience that demonstrates strong interpersonal and customer service skills with the ability to establish rapport with persons of diverse backgrounds.

Experience with a remote work environment and a demonstrated ability to work effectively in this environment.

·Oversee and manage building re-certifications and state compliance requirements

·Project management skills – ability to manage and balance multiple projects and tasks

·Certified Facility Management Certification (CFM) and / or Project Management Certification

·Experience working effectively with construction managers, asset managers and leasing teams.

·Knowledge and experience of procurement techniques, e.g., bid work, preparing projects specs, pricing, and ordering

Demonstrated experience leading an organization, experience working with adults w IDD

Ensure best practices, division policies, and Regional Center procedures are implemented and maintained.

Vendor management experience setting strategy and direction.

A bachelor's degree and 7 years of professional work experience (or equivalent experience) is required. 2 years management experience is required.

Direct the programs and practices for all space planning & management, on-boarding, moves, adds, changes, and furniture, etc. for the region.

Lead field efforts to manage access control and physical security ensuring best practices for facility and staff.

Health & Safety, compliance, and ergonomics will require partnering with various functional and location leads to meet all requirements worldwide.

Manage escalations of raised topics and issues with urgency and responsiveness.
