Regional Facilities Director Data Centers Jobs in Pennsylvania

Minimum of 7 years of experience in sales, business development, or relationship management roles within the institutional investor market.

Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.

Ability to manage multiple agendas and achieve results.

Develop and implement a comprehensive centers of influence strategy, targeting key influencers, organizations, and associations within the institutional investor market.

Build and nurture relationships with centers of influence, including investment advisors, OCIO search consultants, and traditional investment consultants.

Facilities, Management, MEP, Distribution, HVAC, Carpentry, Warehouse, Equipment, Landscaping, Security, Industrial, Operations, Regional, Leadership, CMMS, Budgeting

Developing Facilities Managers and staff across multi-building locations.

5 years+ with multiple warehouses or retail locations experience.

Experience with budgets of $5 million and up.

Regional Facilities Manager needed at an industry leading distributor of shipping, industrial, and packaging materials.

Managing multi-disciplinary teams of facilities staff.
