Regional Director Of Fulfillment Jobs in Florida

Perform all necessary major repairs and refurbishing projects.

Painting and the necessary wall preparation

Minor plumbing repairs and replacement

Minor electrical repairs, replacement and installation of fixtures

General clean-up of facilities and grounds

General construction of walls, showers rooms, etc.

Bachelor’s Degree preferred with a minimum of 15 years of management experience in distribution/fulfillment operations.

Work with the quality team to manage supplier verification and certification for FDA, NSF and others.

Proficient ability with various business software suites in addition to background utilizing various warehouse and transportation management systems.

Manage all third party fulfillment operations and ensure all orders are shipped on time, in full and accurately.

Manage the implementation of new third party logistics providers and/or the relocation of fulfillment centers.

Manage and report on final mile delivery performance.

Education/ Certification/ Years of Experience Requirements:

Minimum of seven (7) years of progressive experience in logistics, strategic sourcing, government procurement, supply chain management, and/or inventory control

Project management experience to include leading efforts and setting direction for logistics technology integration is ideal

Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal communication skills

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or Operations Management from an accredited college or university

Experience managing business process improvement for forecasting, planning, benchmarking, increasing productivity, and streamlining workflow
