Regional Area Operations Manager Jobs

Knowledge of multi-family property management matters

Knowledge of operational issues related to all asset types and knowledge of progressive management practices

Minimum 5 years property management experience;MMRB, Senior, IDD, HOME, SAIL, Conventional, RD, HUD, LIHTC preferred

Comply with all policies and procedures established by Royal American Management

Leadership skills, communication skills, and decision-making abilities

Understanding of multi-family operations as it relates to management of assets, personnel management, office operations, budgeting and planning

Previous recruiting, staffing, sales and management experience

Manages and reports on fiscal matters (budgets, cost determination and control, collections)

Assisting Branch Director/Staffing Manager with training, supervising and evaluating existing client service personnel

Be able to train and manage personnel

Implements policies developed by the Board of Directors while maintaining a liaison between the Board and staff

Understands community and medical staffing needs and establishes goals for recruitment that meet these needs

Experience in property management may be substituted for education requirements.

Provide input in asset management decisions and scheduling of capital expenditures.

Provide insight, knowledge, training and mentoring to other regional managers.

Work closely with the Regional VP and Senior Management in establishing strategies for the region.

10+ years in property management.

Manage financial performance by maintaining an acceptable P&L performance through the development of overall operating procedures and policy.
