Create/update job descriptions and detailed search assignments and gain an understanding of job duties responsibilities and business requirements.

Outstanding organizational skills to manage candidates and stake holders within Highgate Hotels

Recruit for all assigned open positions and communicate timely actions and next steps with team and hiring managers.

Provide exceptional recruitment experience to candidates and full lifecycle recruiting, including special search assignments.

Prepare candidates for interviewing with specific hiring managers by providing detailed information on the company, background, job descriptions, and expectations.

Facilitate end to end recruitment cycle for the candidate from initial screening to offer.

Knowledge of student information systems management principles.

Knowledge of document management systems.

Two years of work experience similar to the duties and responsibilities listed here is required.

Knowledge of student recruitment principles.

Knowledge of concurrent recruitment and admissions policies and procedures.

Knowledge of computers and job-related software.

Proven fundraising experience or comparable relationship management role

Demonstrated budget management and financial reporting skills

Previous event management experience a plus

BA/BS degree in a related field with minimum 5 years directly related experience

Excellent organizational and oral/written communication skills

A Bachelor’s degree or 3+ years of relevant experience in teaching, recruitment, sales, or marketing

A minimum of 2-3 years’ recruiting experience with a strong focus on sourcing

An excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills

Organized and able to effectively manage multiple projects and shifting priorities

A demonstrated ability to meet rigorous goals while maintaining the highest level of quality

The ability to work an occasional extended schedule (nights and weekends)
