Knowledge, Skills And Abilities (required)

Manage the inclusion of significant alumnae process changes in the established Change Management System to balance flexibility for customization and standardization.

Excellent communication skills including experience generating and posting content.

Bachelors degree with 7 years’ experience in Community

Experience managing an enterprise community platform (either in-house for a brand or at an agency)

Experience driving engagement and nurturing "super users" within a community

5. Good English & Chinese abilities(Speaking, writing, listening and reading) and decent interpersonal skills.

4. Self-motivated, have the ability to actively communicate and collaborate across departments.

Salary range : Salary Range: $ 100,000/yr-$150,000/yr
