You are a strong team player and have prior management experience.

Manage a small team of Operations Technicians.

You have a high school diploma or GED (General Educational Development).

10+ years of relevant industry and management experience in high volume Vending, Micro markets, and Office Coffee Services

Multi-Unit management experience is preferred

Maintain and enforce up-to-date knowledge of local safety and sanitation requirements

Extensive Full P & L Management responsibility in excessive of $20 MM annually

Cultivate and grow a strong team of committed managers that will maintain profit margins and implement business plan

Ability to sell, manage, and promote growth

Strong leadership skills and ability to build high-performing student teams through both the recruitment of students and case management.

Efficient time management and multi-tasking skills in a demanding environment.

Provides quality assurance and oversight of case management.

(PROOF OF EDUCATION, TRAINING, AND/OR EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED)

Sensory (ADA) Requirements: The position requires normal visual acuity and field of vision, hearing and speaking abilities.

Knowledge of principals, concepts, and theories of student engagement, student leadership and community involvement.

Previous work-related skill, knowledge, or experience in food service preferred

Notifies members of leadership, Pool Manager, of supply needs for the next business day.

Prepares and serves food to patrons of the swimming pool.

Ensures all equipment, utensils and work surfaces are cleaned and sanitized.

Keeps the concession stand clean and free of safety hazards.

Is attentive of hot equipment and follows proper safety measures.

Previous Customer Service and Cash Handling Experience Preferred.

Set up the venue, stock, clean, organize and maintain a clean sanitized food service area.

Process guests’ food and beverage orders and up sell products. Follow all food proper portioning procedures to maintain cost.

The pay rate for this role is $15.96

Must be able to pass training/certifications as required for qualification.

Perform all work in accordance with environmental, health and safety standards, rules, regulations and practices of the facility.

With the profit sharing included, most Managers in this position make between $65K-85K.
