Overview A Recruitment Performance Analyst is responsible for analyzing and reporting on recruitment performance data. This role requires a strong understanding of recruitment metrics, data analysis, and reporting. The Recruitment Performance Analyst will be responsible for providing insights and recommendations to improve recruitment performance. This includes tracking and analyzing recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and source-of-hire.
