Position Summary


\


Advancia Aeronautics is hiring a Performance and Data Analyst to support the Office of the Director, Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA). The objective of this position is to support a strategic planning team to support the Tiwahe Initiative over the next year that will support the trust responsibility.

  • Position contingent upon award of contract, government acceptance of candidate, and positive adjudication of government investigation


\


Essential Duties And Responsibilities


\


  • Create a database to track information and monitor the status of implementation, evaluation, and results that inform stakeholders for decision-making on future evaluation. * Participates on quarterly calls to offer technical assistance and share findings of data collections, attend the annual meeting, and on an as-needed basis attend site visits. * Generates actionable reports to aid the stakeholders in an ongoing data-informed decision-making process. * Supports the collection, analyses and reporting of data for the program evaluation. * Gathers, analyzes and composes technical information and documentation. * Conducts research and ensures the use of proper program and technical terminology.

Education And Experience REQUIREMENTS

  • Must have a bachelor\'s degree * Must have five (5) years\' experience with performance management/strategy development, preferably in a government organization. * Must demonstrate the ability to work independently or under only general direction. * Must be a US citizen

The employee shall work from and maintain their remote office space (i.e., personal residence). The position may require travel to and from out-of-town meetings, conferences or training events and maybe exposed to outdoor weather conditions. The employee is expected to perform during the normal duty hours of 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EDT, Monday through Friday, with the exception of Federal Government holidays, with an allowance for a one-hour lunch period each day. Occasionally, the employee may be required to perform and/or provide services outside the normal hours of duty. These occasions will be infrequent and require services to be performed after normal working hours in the evening and/or weekends (Saturday and Sunday), with prior approval.
