• Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities.
• Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies.
• Provide administrative support to the HR team.
• Assist in the development and implementation of employee relations initiatives.
• Monitor and respond to employee inquiries.
• Assist in the development and implementation of employee engagement activities.
• Participate in job fairs and other recruitment events.
