Recruiting Analyst

Consults with managers to discuss requisition details, make advertising recommendations, advise about candidate market availability, determine requisition period, and interview availability
Collects and provides notes, documentation, and recommendations for candidates to managers
Provides Follow up with Candidates and Managers after process completion
Manages listserv database of applicants
Assists the HR Manager with research on various metrics and reporting data
Conducts proactive searches for candidates using cold call, referral, networking, and job board databases
