Develops effective, productive relationships with functional leaders and partners in HR, IT and Finance; leverage these relationships to produce superior outcomes.

Consistently review and improve HR Operations strategies through emerging technologies, innovative solutions, feedback from the business, and overall associate experience.

Superior critical thinking and analysis skills

A completed master’s degree, or expected completion before the fellowship begins, in fields related to the fellowship topic

The ability to disseminate the products of the fellowship in both the academic and public realms

Verification of full COVID-19 vaccination status or exemption approved by Historic New England prior to the start date of employment
