MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS FOR THIS POSITION INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING/REQUIRED ENTRY LEVEL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

Knowledge of office procedures and practices.
Knowledge of the principles and techniques of effective verbal and written communication.
Experience working in an office setting.

Performing research supports compliance requirements.
Maintaining accurate, timely information on components due for time or aircraft inspection requirements; auditing data entered into time-controlled parts system.
Other such duties as assigned by the Director of Quality Control and/or the Manager of Quality.
3-5 years’ record keeping experience preferred.
Basic math and writing skills.
Analytical skills and good judgment / decision making.
