Experience in transaction and project management to include strategic planning and lease renewal negotiations.

Skills to communicate effectively with a broad and diverse employee, management, and customer base.

Writing memoranda and report to management to inform, resolve and execute documents.

Providing oversight and management of the overall project.

Minimum of ten years of experience in a variety of real estate transactions to include office, industrial and special-use space requirements.

Ability to act as a liaison between the customer’s occupancy needs, Real Estate Services and the Office of Financial Management.

Working knowledge of the insurance industry, insurance products risk management profiles, and related state and federal regulations

Create tailored risk management strategies directly with clients that align with their risk profiles

Remain updated on insurance industry changes and protocols to fulfill all policy requirements and monitor insurance claims from start to finish

Some computer skills with ability to use Microsoft Office is required

Experience with accounting and or sales lead software is a plus

Superb analytical, interpersonal communication, and customer service skills are needed to succeed in this role
