Requirements (Knowledge, Skills and Abilities)

Manage transportation resources (drivers & equipment) through dispatch process to ensure full and efficient use of company assets

Manage and lead investigations to verify and resolve customer or shipper complaints.

Knowledge of Fleet operations, routing and dispatching applications, and on-board GPS systems

Knowledge of Word and Excel

Solid knowledge of transportation and logistics.
