Support the EGEA leadership team with overall management of the Division;
Maintain EGEA electronic and hardcopy files and provide recommendations for records management improvement
Manage process for soliciting and tracking EGEA TDY requests from Missions (e.g. UTRAMS), including TDYer reports and mission feedback.
A Bachelor’s degree with three (3) years of relevant work experience.
Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to work in a dynamic team environment with a diverse set of partners and stakeholders.
Experience in written and oral communication involving coordinating, negotiating and motivating individuals to take action.
