This includes providing administrative assistance to the bureau’s staff, managing the bureau’s records, and providing customer service to the public. Detailed Job Description The Radiation Health Bureau Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support to the bureau’s staff and managing the bureau’s records. This includes filing, organizing, and maintaining records; preparing reports; and responding to inquiries from the public. The Administrative Assistant will also be responsible for providing customer service to the public, including answering questions, providing information, and resolving customer complaints.
