Strong hands-on experience working with Defect and Test Management tools like JIRA and TestRail

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and other stakeholders, to understand requirements and user stories.

Proficiency in test management tools, issue tracking systems, and relevant software development methodologies.

Strong experience working in a SaaS enabled environment with product(s) supporting multi-tenant features/capabilities.

Lead and manage a team of QA analysts / engineers, fostering a culture of quality, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Compiles quality metrics for monthly quality councils and annual management reviews.

2-5 years related experience preferably in a USDA or FDA regulated industry.

Must possess strong oral and written communication skills and the ability to work independently.

Must have experience with Internal and External Audits.

Ability to effectively review in-process and product final testing to ensure compliance with requirements.

Strong computer skills including Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word.

Conduct employee training on applicable Quality SOPs and regulatory requirements under the guidance of Quality Management

Conduct supplier assessments and routine/qualification audits in accordance to Supplier Management program.

Must have excellent skills in organization, negotiation, problem solving and time-management.

Participate in the initiation, documentation, and management of quality events (e.g. deviations, CAPA, change control, complaints, product returns/recalls).

Report to management all quality issues, trends and/or losses

Other duties as assigned or identified by Quality Management.

Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. Sufficient knowledge of tools necessary for strong data analysis.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills and experience presenting data to cross-functional teams and/or leadership.

3+ years of QA or System Test experience, preferably on consumer-facing hardware/software products. Testing experience with mobile devices is a plus.

Demonstrated QA skills with at least 2 complete product cycles, from inception to customer shipment.
