Quality Lead Technician Jobs in California

Strong hands-on experience working with Defect and Test Management tools like JIRA and TestRail

Proficiency in test management tools, issue tracking systems, and relevant software development methodologies.

Strong experience working in a SaaS enabled environment with product(s) supporting multi-tenant features/capabilities.

Lead and manage a team of QA analysts / engineers, fostering a culture of quality, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Creativity, verbal and written communication skills, analytical and problem solving ability.

Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods.

Basic knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance.

Associate's degree or equivalent experience/training required.

Discard or reject products, materials, and equipment not meeting specifications.

Inspect, test, or measure materials, products, installations, and work for conformance to specifications.

Experience driving well-defined processes with Quality.

Some experience supporting key business initiatives.

Knowledge of best practices and relevant practices, systems in Quality.

The coordination of inspection of the suspect product. Quality and Engineering departments shall disposition product accordingly.

Conduct monthly inventory of blocked material in Q-Cage.

Participation and /or Leading Material Review Board (MRB) activities, as required.
