5 years direct experience and working knowledge of a high volume food manufacturing facility

Sanitize in accordance with SOP’s, HACCP, GMP, EPA, and OSHA requirements and product specifications

Direct quality assurance technicians who are responsible for enforcing GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices)

Audit quality control of raw material, packaging, labels and finished goods

Consistently review batch record and all manufacturing related documents to ensure compliance

Provide Follow up on all quality programs including GMPs, Good Hygeien Practices, HACCP, Allergen Control, Clean and Sanitation
