Education:** Associate's degree in Business Administration, Civil Engineering or a related field.

Experience:** Six (6) months of technical engineering support experience.

Licenses and Certifications:** Texas Class C driver's license (must obtain within 30 days of hire per state law).

MINIMUM LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION REQUIRED BY LAW:

Solid electrical knowledge (has a thorough understanding of electrical requirements and hazards)

Verbal and written communication skills (able to understand and record maintenance procedures, shift pass downs, etc.)

Advanced computer skills (able to use job-specific PC applications and coach other users)

Support Engineering with Installation, integration and observation of Vibration, flow and pressure monitoring systems,

Assist system owners with modification of existing assets for condition monitoring and predictive maintenance.

Continuing Education Programs (CEP) to enhance your knowledge, skills, and attitude as a professional.

Domain knowledge of Cable MSO Technologies/SDWAN/Network/Connectivity/Security/WAN/FIBER/MPLS/Home-office security.

Experience of Functional Testing, Integration Testing, Interface Testing, End to End Testing, Regression Testing, UAT, Production Testing.

Knowledge in telecom domain and its concepts preferable.

Automation experience in one of the following: Python/Selenium.

Excellent Understanding of the user stories and requirement documents
