2+ years professional automation testing experience with Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or relevant field.

Experience with CSS path, xpath, json or HTML is nice to have.

Knowledge of QA principles, concepts, systems, industry practices, and standards.

Strong analytical and problem solving skills

Preferred experience includes auditing, quality theory, project management, and materials science.

Own the process for recurring QMS systems, process audits, customer complaint process, CAR management, or others.

Notifying the Quality Manager or Executive Quality Director if they have any problems with another team member

2 - 5 years’ experience in a Quality related role, preferably in the automotive industry.

Excellent problem solving, multi-tasking, and organizational skills

Identify critical product quality characteristics and assure these characteristics are called out on engineering prints.

Minimum 3 years of experience

Provide APQP support including FMEA, PF, CP, ISIR, and PPAP documents

Develop and maintain gauge calibration program

Investigate quality complaints and provide corrective and preventative actions

Experienced auditing skills and excellent problem-solving abilities.

Support internal audit programs, assessing the organization against QMS and certification regulatory standards.

Black Belt Certification and/or Lean Practitioner Certification desired.

7 plus years of experience in quality engineering, operation, production and/manufacturing.

Proactive issue identification and very strong data analytical skills required.

Professional communication skills (written and spoken), friendly demeanor and must be approachable, lead with warmth.

5+ years of quality experience in a production environment. Ideally Automotive Manufacturing.

Supports the manufacturing production operations and obtains Quality through the achievement of “Zero Defects” practices.

Preferred experience with an ISO quality management system and/or regulated production environment.

Prior experience in manufacturing Quality Assurance is preferred. ASQ CQE certification preferred.

Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or Physical Sciences (Chemistry/Chemical Engineering preferred), or equivalent professional experience.

Strong statistical and analytical skills; Six Sigma Black Belt or Green Belt preferred.

Experience with SAP/ERP, MiniTab, PowerPoint, Excel strongly preferred.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Troubleshoot shop floor issues that impact both production and the customer experience.

Knowledge of drawing and schematic interpretation, product models, geometric dimensioning and tolerancing.

Work experience involving hands on use of quality tools such as 8D Problem Solving.

Knowledge of basic data analysis techniques. (e.g. pareto charts, histograms, pie and bar charts.)

Working knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T)

Experience in assembly, welding, assembly, hydraulics, powertrain, paint, etc.

Practical experience with experiential/exploratory testing methods

Experience in both designing and implementing automated tests as part of Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery.

Demonstrable experience of testing in service oriented architectures and understanding data flow through such systems

Demonstrable knowledge of modern technology solution architectures

Experience working with version control systems such as git

Bonus: Experience using build and configuration tools such as BuildKite and Terraform
