Provide test data to plant manager and other pertinent plant personnel in a timely manner.

Maintain current State agency QC/QA certifications, upholding all aspects of the quality control program staying in compliance with agency specifications.

Manages Complexity-Making sense of complex, high quantity, and sometimes contradictory information to effectively solve problems.

High school diploma or GED, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience

Knowledge of ASTM standards for manufactured concrete products

Experience with Microsoft Office software

Perform quality control inspections, checks and tests during the manufacture of products

Inspect the quality of products according to standards, and remove junk from production line

Generate all paperwork and labels associated with sampling to meet SOP requirements.

High School Diploma and minimum of two years GMP laboratory testing experience

Assoc. or B.S. in biology, microbiology, chemistry and minimum of six months GMP laboratory testing experience

Knowledge of standard laboratory technique.

Computer skills in Excel and Word.

Must have demonstrated self-direct work habits and strong communication skills.

Communicates quality-problems to plant management. Analyzing, identifying and communicating problematic trends, e.g. recurring first pass issues.

Provides direct lab support to Production Manager and may assists with day-to-day operations of Loadout.

Dependable, reliable and capable of fulfilling responsibilities.

Performs quality testing of sand materials and keeps accurate records of results.

Prepares sand samples as needed.

Focuses on creating a safety culture that utilizes safe work practices, maintaining a safe and clean work area.

High School Diploma with 5+ years of experience in medical technology

Associate degree with 3 years’ experience, preferred.

Knowledge and application of Lean Manufacturing or DBS tools

Experience working in a diagnostic medical lab and understanding of statistical analysis.

Follow process guidelines and expedite quality concerns to management

Experience with food safety (e.g., AIB certification, operations prerequisite programs, UP lights, etc.)

Experience with audit compliance (e.g., monitoring, documentation, variance explanation, etc.)

Experience with product changeovers (e.g., CIP, flavor changes, sanitizing, setting formulas, etc.)

Experience operating testing instruments (e.g., Carbo Qc, HPLC, Densitometers, Water Testing, etc.)

Experience following standards of operations (SOPs) (e.g., following procedures, etc.)

Manage quality records and retains production batches.

Inspection, test, and product evaluation experience

General knowledge of Lean Manufacturing / Six Sigma methodologies preferred.
