Quality Control Regional Specialist Jobs

Actively engage with plant management to support initiatives for improvement in operations, safety, and others, as deemed appropriate and necessary.

Ensure line validation, annual and semi-annual test requirements are completed.

1-2 years of supervisory experience

1-2 years of QC experience in a pipe extrusion environment

A collaborative management style and a strong customer service orientation.

Executive Presence –Strong verbal and written communication skills will be a requirement.

Client-focused individual with experience running a business while identifying and managing improvement initiatives.

Primary focus points for the RQM include:

Performing compliance audits to ensure Amerit vehicles have proper tooling and equipment necessary to complete high quality services for our clients.

Managing claims that occur in dedicated region, ensuring that they are actioned within provided SLAs.

Experience using excel for analysis, and knowledge of PowerPoint, dashboard and Salesforce skills is helpful

Identifying and implementing opportunities to enhance a customer’s experience after they return from tour

Using story-telling as a means to help bring the customer experience to life

2+ years of prior customer-facing experience

2+ years of prior analytical experience

Experience managing delicate and complex situations and conversations
