Quality Control Materials Technician Jobs in Florida

Required – 1-3 years: experience in a technical field.

Level II certification in Magnetic Particle Test (MT) in accordance with American Society for Non- Destructive Testing (ASNT) – Required

Level II certification in Liquid Penetrant Inspection (PT) in accordance with American Society for Non- Destructive Testing (ASNT) – Required

Industrial rope access certification – Preferred

Provides detailed/ accurate written reports of all inspections performed in a timely manner.

Under minimal supervision performs all responsibilities as a multi-skilled individual in an empowered work team.

Maintains qualification on test methods. Performs package inspection for quality specifications.

Any other projects or responsibilities assigned by supervisor.

Assists in process monitoring, identifying and recording any product quality problems.

Measures the parameters of the product interpreting, and ensuring conformance to the specification limits.

Performs audits of process and finished goods. Communicate all deviations.

Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 and computer skills to support internal Quality Management System.

Experience working with a supply chain management software, like Peoplesoft or SAP.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND OTHER CHARACTERISTICS

Issue documents, investigates and tracks non-conformance and inspection records in Oceaneering’s Quality Management System software, (currently SmartSolve).

Knowledge of and experience with Non-Destructive Testing methodologies.

Knowledge of ISO 9001 requirements
