Quality Assurance Warehouse Jobs

Manage the shipments of standard sensory samples to copackers.

Provide additional support for certification programs.

Experience: Minimum 1 year of responsibility in food and/or supplement quality role.

Knowledge of cGMP, regulatory affairs, business processes (stage gates), consumer complaints, GMP warehouse standards, and quality documentation.

Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.

Experience with NetSuite a plus.

Experience with software applications such as Excel, Access or Lowe’s warehouse management system

Required to work a set schedule that may be changed/modified by management based on the needs of the facility.

Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Transportation, Industrial Engineering, Business, or related field

Basic computer skills, including a working knowledge of Microsoft Office

Experience working in distribution center operations

Proficiency with computer systems including Microsoft office products, inventory management systems, and deviation management systems (i.e., SAP, Trackwise, etc.)

Computer Systems Quality (CSQA) experience

Demonstrate strong oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.

Demonstrated decision making and problem-solving skills.

Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of manufacturing process and Quality Systems.

Previous experience in warehousing operations.
