The Role:
We are seeking an experienced Quality specialist in Warehousing and Inventory to facilitate our growth in the Beverage, Nutrition, and Personal Care sectors. In this role, you will leverage your expertise to oversee the quality assurance program of our warehousing and inventory processes.
Key Responsibilities:

• Implement, and maintain quality, safety, and efficacy standards for all products.
• Maintain QA retain program.
• Maintenance of quality and safety standards for all products and collaborate with cross functional resources (Operations, Product Development, etc.) to implement and maintain best practices.
• Actively participate in meetings with internal development teams, third party contract manufacturers.
• Ensure full quality compliance with external 3PL locations.
• Ensure full regulatory compliance, including 21 CFR Part 111 and Part 117.
• Support QA program for FDA audit readiness.
• Provide support for warehouse cGMP compliance.
• Edit and train fellow employees to quality documents, standard operating procedures, and quality forms.
• Manage the shipments of standard sensory samples to copackers.
• Ensure appropriate actions based on the risk assessment and overall risks are taken.
• Complete weekly and monthly warehouse internal audits.
• Provide additional support for certification programs.
• Aid in executing sampling and testing plans for raw materials and finished products to ensure design conformance and safety.

Key Skills and Experience Required:

• Has a demonstrated passion that align with the core values of Congo Brands.
• Knowledge of cGMP, regulatory affairs, business processes (stage gates), consumer complaints, GMP warehouse standards, and quality documentation.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of responsibility in food and/or supplement quality role.
• Demonstrated strength in inspiring a team-oriented collaborative environment.
• Experience with NetSuite a plus.
