Quality Assurance Associate 2Nd Shift Jobs in Indiana

Conduct validation testing versus declared Certificate of Analysis results of incoming ingredients. Maintain and update records of all testing.

Complete verifications for production equipment such as in-line check weighers and metal detectors.

Assist in production associate training, communication, and executional activities.

Proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel.

Quality Assurance Technician – 2nd shift

Prepare quality updates and communicate them to department managers and supervisors

1 year of quality assurance experience in a manufacturing, packaging or distribution facility

Experience effectively communicating and presenting information in one-on-one and small and large group situations to customers, clients, leadership and team members

Leadership skills that foster teamwork in meeting goals and objectives

Guide, coach, schedule and train Quality Assurance and Receiving Quality Technicians; cover for them in their absence

Oversee the nonconforming product process

1 to 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment

Prior experience in quality and continuous improvement tools and techniques

Execution: Executes the assigned work per agreed work flows and in accordance with ABB standard processes and safety guidelines

Materials and output: Ensures availability of required materials to execute the assigned work per work flow.

Health & safety: Conducts shop floor operations in compliance with health & safety guidelines and reports any non-compliance
