Qhse Manager Jobs

• Experience in Integrated Management Systems, International Certification Standards, Root Cause Analysis and Assurance Processes

• Manufacturing experience, a plus, Product certification experience, a plus

• +20-years QHSE work experience

• Reputation of being “best in class” both technically and managerially. MS a plus

• • Big company and small company experience, a plus

The successful candidate will have and value:

Holds management reviews of corrective actions, evaluates against benchmarks, and develops, communicates, and executes action plans for improvement.

Implement a unified IMS to serve as a baseline for QHSE management companywide.

Implements, maintains, and ensures conformance to the Quality Management System in all areas of the company.

Submits reports required by management and regulatory agencies.

TQM (Total Quality Management) principles and their implementation.

Manages the participation in all required environment, health, and safety inspections. Provides inspectors with appropriate documents and identifies safety measures.

Recruiting, training, and supervising a team of QHSE professionals to carry out project tasks related to QHSE management.

Manage and delegate issues involving Client, Port Authorities, and Environmental agencies.

Manage coordination with all Inspection agencies on Quality matter.

Manage coordination with all construction audits that involves QHSE matters.

Professional knowledge of QHSE principles and techniques.

Computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office suite programs + Procore.

2. Understanding of HSEQ management systems

1. 4+ years’ experience in an HSEQ environment

Overall Purpose of the Job

5. Ensure accidents and near misses are reported, investigated and effective corrective action taken and closed out

6. Ensure non-conformance reports (PIRs) are raised, investigated and effective correction action taken and closed out

9. May be responsible for HSEQ input to bids as required
