Work with the existing Warner Music Nashville A&R Team on specific projects as directed.

Knowledge of CRM software. Experience using Salesforce desirable.

Detail oriented. Excellent organizational skills.

Ability to effectively learn and communicate the features and benefits of a variety of cartographic products.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both oral and written.

Contacts existing accounts and potential new accounts, via telephone and/or e-mail. Tracks activity against established monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Provides detailed reporting on sales activities and results using cloud-based CRM software and other technology tools.

Manage account requests for sales assets.

Compose promotional offer letters and build templates.

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with all professional levels.

Proven organizational, prioritization, and attention to detail skills.

Assist with launch meeting and sales conference event planning, note-taking, and follow-up.

Organize, plan, and own invite distributions for team or sales-led events.

Creating PowerPoint presentations for sales meetings; working with Publishing Managers and marketing/publicity teams to implement edits

Exceptional attention to detail, the ability to prioritize, and strong follow-up skills

Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask

Strong communication skills, both verbal & written, used on timely follow-up over email and phone

Reviewing catalog copy, suggesting edits in accordance with best practices, and ensuring all edits have been completed

Scheduling weekly and seasonal sales meetings and spearheading follow-up with publishing and marketing/publicity teams

Staying educated and involved in the tools that help our authors succeed.

Being available to work a couple late evenings a month and an occasional Saturday.

Consults with potential authors over project goals and suggest relevant solutions to best meet those goals.
