Manage internal digital asset management system (Cloudinary) for optimal performance by tagging and labeling content and enforcing organizational standards.

All other duties as assigned by the manager.

Create daily collections of content for directors to use during live shows.

Maintain consistent communication with production and creative teams regarding their needs and adapt processes as needed.

Provide organizational support for production and creative teams as needed.

Collaborate with global teams (TJC, India) to make cohesive organizational systems to share content across multiple channels.

Demonstrates knowledge of psychedelic assisted psychotherapy

Demonstrates conceptual and technical knowledge.

Demonstrates ability to apply theoretical knowledge.

Completes further education related to job/assignment.

Provide information on social work and social service priorities

Participate in determining research priorities and planning programs of research.

Manage databases, including Research Electronic Data Capture (REDCap).

Seek, synthesize, and organize information to summarize and communicate in a clear and concise manner.

Understand the context of a program and how it affects planning, implementation, outcomes, and evaluation.

Ensure evaluation activities are done in a culturally competent manner.

Develop and articulate program goals and objectives in a structure supporting evaluation.

Generate queries, reports, exports, and other data as needed. Provide quantitative, graphical, and qualitative analysis.

Must have strong organizational skills and basic computer knowledge
