Psychiatry Practice Manager Jobs

Leads clinical team to ensure quality, timelines and budget management.

Responsible for project management components of inspection readiness for all aspects of the project conduct, including Trial Master Files.

Prepares project management reports for clients and management.

May be required to line manage other project management team members and clinical monitoring staff

Strong knowledge of Good Clinical Practice/ICH guidelines, regulatory requirements, drug development process and clinical monitoring procedures.

Coordinates activities and deliverables of all project conduct partners and proactively identifies and manages issues.

Bachelors degree or greater preferred, or a combination of applicable experience and education

3+ years experience (5 preferred), managing and administrating program activities for assigned area

Develops and independently implements new or revised program goals, strategies and objectives to sustain and grow programs and services.

Administers program procedures and systems. Ensures information is disseminated to staff regarding program and Mount Sinai Medical Centers policies and procedures.

Takes an active role in developing the program budgets and grants. May monitor, verify and oversee the reconciliation of budget expenditures.

Hires program staff, is responsible for performance appraisal evaluations, promotions, transfers and other personnel transactions as assigned.

Experience in a behavioral health/psychiatric healthcare facility - minimum of 1 year

Travel experience - minimum of 1 year

Shift Schedule: 8 hours/Day; 3p - 11 and every other weekend; 40 hours/week

Active RN license in PA

Graduate from an accredited school of nursing

Rotation of 3 12-hours days one week and 4 12-hour days the next week

Minimum 4-6 therapy sessions per day and approximately 35 hours a week.

IOP- Minimum 15 hours of therapy sessions per week. Inpatient- Behavioral Health Unit/Baker Act receiving facility/ Crisis Stabilization

24/7 nursing and psychiatric care

Knowledge of Mental Health Laws & Child Abuse/Neglect/Maltreatment laws, & the DHS provider agreement as applicable.

Active RN license in CA

Graduate from an accredited program of professional nursing

Minimum Required Education: Graduate of an accredited Registered/Professional Nursing program if less than 3 years' experience. Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
