Grade and inspect incoming materials

Direct customers throughout the facility

Sort and move materials as needed

Comply with all safety guidelines

Reasoning Skills / Abilities: Basic level

3+ years of relevant experience in industrial or laboratory, or field services setting with experience following strict safety standards. (Required)

Language Skills: English - Advance level

Advances communication skills and ability to interact with paid panelists.

Sets up and conducts studies in compliance with protocols, SOPs, applicable regulations and GCPs.

Performs clinical grading to assess a variety of skin assessments on panelists in a clinical setting.

Recognize apparel brand names, knowledgeable on pricing, and grade quality of apparel.

Stays abreast of brand names, designer labels, current and vintage styles, and price points for soft line goods.

Provides quality assurance by checking for tears, stains, wet, smelly, soiled, broken zippers, missing buttons.

Achieves and exceeding the MGI production goals of (4) Dandux/Tallboys each day.

Maintains sorting and processing area in a neat and clean condition at all times.

Reviews and utilizes current Consumer Product Safety Commission recall bulletins to prevent unsafe items from being sold in the store.

Strong organizational and time management skills are required to meet established deadlines.

Coordinates with PSU, Dextera personnel and corporate management on all PSU activities and directions; liaises with Government and Dextera as required.

Must have excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.

Coordinate with PM, Federal supervisor and Section Chief on all section activities and directions.

Clearly define expectations and advice on a formal/informal basis regarding performance and maintain personal effectiveness.

Performs the duties of a Personnel Security Assistant (PSA).

1 - 3 years of direct grading experience as a professional, dealer or collector
