They must have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as knowledge of the healthcare industry. Responsibilities include:

• Developing recruitment strategies to attract qualified providers
• Screening and interviewing potential providers
• Negotiating contracts with providers
• Onboarding new providers and providing orientation
• Maintaining provider databases and records
• Assisting with provider credentialing and licensure
• Coordinating provider meetings and events
• Developing and implementing provider recruitment plans
• Assisting with provider retention initiatives
