- Handles complex scheduling of manufacturing high volume interviews including communication to interviewers and candidates
- Works with other administrative teams as needed to coordinate complex schedules
- Form positive recruiter/coordinator relationships to allow open communication and provide quick and effective workflow
- Provides coordinator and administrative support for the Talent Acquisition team
- Ensures an excellent candidate and client experience handling communication, scheduling, data updates, and more
- Assists with travel arrangements for candidate interviews
- Provides interview teams with necessary information and materials
- 2+ years’ experience in a coordinator or administrative role preferred, ideally in recruiting or human resources
- Associate degree or equivalent work experience
- Experience working in an environment where multiple projects and competing demands are the norm
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (Workday a plus)
