2 years of experience in healthcare, managed care, physician office, or account management preferred

Collect and manage all provider profiles for up-to-date practice information

Monitor and manage key deliverables of the physician office implementation and onboarding processes

Associate degree or equivalent level of experience required. Bachelor’s degree preferred

Must have superb verbal and written communication skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities

Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent working experience

Minimum of 1 year of health care related experience (contracting/legal/compliance)

Basic Health plan operations and/or provider operations experience preferred

Health plan negotiation experience preferred

Excellent communication skills both written and verbal - able to communicate information efficiently to providers

customer relationship management (CRM) platform such as Salesforce preferred
