Manage existing trading programs, including: treasury bills, put-selling, and cash management

Perform ongoing data management in portfolio reporting system and trading rebalancer

Communicate with investment managers on separately managed accounts (SMAs)

Manage reporting inbox for internal and external alternative investments, fund manage correspondence, and tax document aggregation

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university required, preferably in Finance

Trading and Investment Implementation (70%)

Engage with asset managers and service providers for real-time dispatch management and strategy implementation.

Contribute to the formulation of bid/offer curves for storage assets.

Collaborate on refining, routinely updating, and deciphering daily reports and model outcomes to optimize the efficiency of storage assets.

Conduct comprehensive analyses related to market congestion concerning asset locations.

Extensive knowledge of asset allocation, portfolio construction, and portfolio risk management

- Provide regular reporting to direct management.

- Initiate, review, and manage exceptions to the firm's current margin policy.

- A Bachelor’s Degree in Business or a Finance related field.

- Willingness and desire to learn new skills related to all aspects of brokerage operations.

- 2+ years of work experience in the broker-dealer space, preferably in Margin Operations or Equity/Options Trading

- Working regulatory knowledge of FINRA 4210, Federal Regulation T, U, Portfolio Margin and Pattern Day-Trading.
