Manage promotions efforts of staff and external agencies.

Manage marketing budgets to meet promotional goals.

5+ years’ experience managing digital media campaigns

Experience in marketing partnerships and promotions

Promotional Agency background or experience managing a Promotional Agency

Manage PGS and GSS online print booking systems for the publicity department, facilitate all screening approvals.

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience

1-2 years prior entertainment experience preferred.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Detail-oriented w/ excellent organizational skills.

Organize department charts such as: publicity chart, booking report, screening report, playdates, press reactions, festival grid, summer/winter previews etc.

Learning basic promotional sales, customer service, and consumer relations skills

Entry Level: No Promotional Experience Needed; Marketing & Promotional Training & Support Provided!

Working with customers face-to-face at different retail establishments

Setting up retail-based kiosks and pop-up events with branded promotional materials

Engaging with local people about our client's products/services/reputation

Responsible for representing our clients and with integrity and enthusiasm
