Monitors improvements and declines in retailer performance and provides recognition and counseling for retailer management and individuals.

Thorough knowledge of retail operations and retail personnel responsibilities, duties, and challenges

Excellent communication skills including ability to communicate well across all levels including with retailer executives

Adept at presenting training/educational material in a clear and effective format with a history of success of training facilitation

Develops and executes the Love Promise University customized retailer training including curriculum and delivery, in conjunction with regional and zone personnel.

At least five years of direct project management experience

Experience with Project Management software such as Asana

Manage projects using a project planning and management software

Develop systems and practices that ensure consistent, high-quality project management

Seasoned Program Manager with experience in independently designing and implementing training, technical assistance, or capacity-building projects

Associate's degree with PMP certification; Bachelor's degree with PMP certification is preferred

Minimum Qualifications Education, Experience And Certifications

Necessary Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities

Knowledge of operation and techniques used in an afterschool program setting.

Skill in word processing, spreadsheets, office machine usage and the operation of computers.

Experience Working With Youth, Afterschool, Or Recreation Environment Preferred

Willingness to be trained in First Aid and CPR

Excellent customer service skills, including demonstrated communication skills, both written and verbal
