This is a virtual/remote position, working from home.

Conduct audits in a professional, ethical, and objective manner using and interpreting applicable standards/requirements.

Maintain in-depth working knowledge of procedural changes, audit techniques, and plan automated systems, subsystems, and reference materials for assigned audit functions.

Demonstrated skills in Microsoft Office Suite: Outlook, Access, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Resolve conflict directly and respectfully, engaging in challenging and important conversations to resolve audit findings.

Identify trends and the root cause of errors and recommend improved procedures/guidelines to Operations proactively.

Equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience considered (minimum 3 years work experience in absence of a degree).

Good computer literacy with working knowledge of PCs, Windows and Microsoft Office applications, with advanced excel skills.

At study closure, supports the PM/PD in ensuring CTMS system is closed out according to requirements.

3 years’ experience in the Clinical Research industry required.

Prior relevant work experience in clinical systems (e.g., CTMS, eTMF, EDC) required.

Experience of the clinical research process and terminology.

Develop and utilize training and leadership skills; assist other project support team members to develop project knowledge.

Perform data entry tasks of receivables

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, both formal and informal

Demonstrated awareness of audience and ability to adapt communication and/or presentation skills accordingly

Identification and timely escalation of project risks to management

Take on project management process which includes coordinating with program workstream leaders to manage executions

Bachelor's degree in engineering, health sciences and/or business or financial management

Assist in the following activities under the direction of the Sr. Program Manager:

Manage interdependency among work streams, identify and communicate issues

Maintain a working knowledge of SOPs, Federal Regulations, Guidance Documents and accreditation standards for human research subjects’ protection

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

Excellent organizational skills, managing conflicting demands and priorities, without compromising quality

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Working knowledge of Federal regulations for human research (21 CFR 50, 56, 312, and 812; and 45 CFR 46)

Knowledge of inspection and quality control methods, techniques, and documentation

Manage a pipeline of new sales channels (SFR or otherwise), optimizing the process as we deliver volume to installation

Shepherd a portfolio of residential projects from Sale to Installation, with a focus on delivering a best-in-class Customer Experience

Extensive experience in the Southeast US region, a must.

Proficient knowledge of the National Electric Code required

Proficient knowledge of residential construction techniques required

Basic knowledge of drafting and AutoCAD Software required
