Experience managing, analyzing, and communicating results to senior management

5+ years experience in program or project management

Drive project reviews for management

Experience defining and executing against program or project requirements

Proven record to lead multi-functional teams through influence versus direct management

Strong spreadsheet capability and other project management applications as required for reporting, project tracking, project checklists etc.

Demonstrated ability in change management and conflict resolution.

Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, Business Process Management Professional, Change Management (e.g., Prosci), and/or Agile methodologies.

Implement process measures, controls, and industry standards to optimize customer experience and reduce costs.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.

Design and define business outcomes for moderately complex processes within our line of business.

Utilize process tools and methodologies, such as value stream mapping, to ensure clear end-to-end visibility of expected business outcomes.
